Paul Boyer - President & Founder

Recognized for his proven financial and operational expertise in growing and managing pubic and private technologiy companies. He spent the past 25 years as a CFO and or COO of public and private companies from start-up to $700M in revenues. Paul has executed over $375M, publice, private equity/debt & venture financiaings, including a successful IPO, 16 M&A transactions and three successful turnarounds.

Prior to founding FinOps Solutions, Paul served as the Chief Financial Officer of StrikeIron, Inc.; a venture backed (Ascent Venture, The Aurora Funds) SaaS Company delivering live data over the emerging Internet. Prior to joining StrikeIron, Paul served as the Chief Financial Officer of, Agion Technologies; a venture backed (Paladin Capital, Emerald Technology Ventures), leading provider of natural, antimicrobial solutions where he was brought in by the Board to assist in turning the company around and positioning for sale.

From 2004 to 2006, Paul was CFO & VP New Market Development at Solicore, Inc., a venture-backed (DFJ, Rho Ventures, Braemar Energy Ventures), thin-film, lithium polymer battery technology and manufacturing company, where he led a successful $15M Series C financing that attracted top-tier venture funds. He was also charged with developing new, emerging market growth strategies. Prior to Solicore, Paul held executive management roles at market leaders such as SwitchPoint Networks (Company sold in 2002), BriteSmile (NASDAQ: BSML), Dynatec (NASDAQ: DYNX) and Mrs. Fields Famous Brands.

Paul currently serves on the Board of Anpath Group, Inc. (ANPG.OB), as is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
